If you’ve heard folks discussing a book best described as “Beowulf meets zombies” then they’re probably talking about N.D. Wilson’s amazing Boys of Blur. Set in the sugarcane heart of Florida, Wilson’s story grabs you by the throat and doesn’t let go until the last searing page. As it happens, he’s also a natural in front of the camera.
